I bought this for my kids, and we work through the problems together-- but for a bright 10 yr old and his 8 yr old brother, these are pretty tough. For their dad-- they're still pretty tough! So if you buy this for kids make sure you either have mensa members or you're able to work with them, or else it may be frustrating.Well written, clear answers, and interesting puzzles. Overall, a very solid book.

The elegantly simple puzzle on the cover, appropriate for children, is not representative of the book content. Vast majority of the puzzles in the book are for adults. My daughter opened the book and said, "too many words and not enough puzzles."
