NICE!!
This was one of the hardest topics in law school for me to understand, but this book really helped to layout the topic and make it more easy for me to comprehend and learn. I have to say if it wasn't for this book I do not think I would have passed my Secured Transactions class!
The seller was great, but this is a book review. It doesn't contain all topics that I need. It essentially only has attachment and perfection. Not much on anything else. Great for the first half of my class, not so useful for the second half.
